My Genuine Web Hosting Recommendation for Bloggers

My genuine web hosting recommendation for Bloggers.

In my last few posts, I shared everything a beginner should know about web hosting. Things like what web hosting is, how it works, types of web hosting, a common mistake that beginners make. Then I shared my experience with different web hosting companies and, lastly, which one I am using currently. After all these posts, one question that still remains unanswered is which web hosting you guys should use. So, in today’s post, I will give my genuine web hosting recommendation for Bloggers.

My recommendation will be based on whether you are an absolute beginner and looking to start Blogging or you have been doing Blogging for some time now and making some income from it.

Let’s first start with my recommendation for beginners. I understand as you guys are just starting out, you don’t have a lot of money to invest in hosting. You don’t even know whether you will like Blogging and will stick to it in the longer run. So, for all of you, the possible solution under budget is shared hosting. Now the question comes which shared web hosting should you choose?

Besides being a Blogger, I have worked as a WordPress developer for a few years. While working as a WordPress developer, I got the opportunity to build websites hosted on different shared hosting.

In my usage, I experienced most shared hosting being more or less the same. The resources will be shared between other websites on the server. So, I would say you can start with any shared hosting provider, be it Godaddy, Bluehost, Hostinger, or Dreamhost. The only thing you should consider here is not to go with yearly or multi-year plans. Start with the cheapest plan of any of these companies and sign up for a monthly plan. It may look like the monthly plan is expensive but trust me, as per my experience, this is what makes the most sense. Now, I hope you know the answer.

Next, if you have been doing Blogging for some time now and have already made some money out of it, the only recommendation I have for all of you is Cloudways. I don’t recommend Cloudways to beginners because the Cloudways cheapest plan starts at $11 per month. This is something beginners could not afford early in their career. But for those who are serious about Blogging and have made some income, then it is the high time they should switch from a shared host to a cloud host. Cloudways offers five different cloud providers to choose from, a three-day free trial, free migration, free SSL, cheap backup, a transparent hourly rate, works on a postpaid basis, and many awesome features.

As I have written in my last post that, I personally use Cloudways to host all my websites, so it is a genuine recommendation and not something I am doing to make an affiliate commission. So feel free to check out Cloudways.

That’s all I wanted to share in this post. I hope you have a clear idea about which web host you should use and at which stage of your career.

Thanks for reading. Have a great day!
