If things go as per plan and you keep publishing content on your blog, you will soon start getting success. When you start making money from your blog, you should think about scaling to a digital media business.

As I always say, Blogging is 80% content; you will need to publish a lot of high-quality content. And this is exactly where the other way I mentioned for getting content written comes into play: hiring expert content writers within your niche.

Most beginner bloggers don’t know how to hire content writers for their blog and build a team. So, in today’s post, I will write how you can get content written for your blog by hiring content writers. Let’s start.

As a Blogger, you should have a niche in which you will be publishing content. It means you just have to find writers who have experience writing in that niche.

The next question comes in the form of where to find those writers. I have tried almost every possible way of hiring content writers, be it freelance platforms like Fiverr, Upwork or direct platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter.

After trying everything, I can confidently say nothing works as good as LinkedIn. This is where I have found my almost every team member. Other than LinkedIn, Twitter is the platform where you can find good content writers within your niche.

Now to look for those writers, start by searching your niche followed by the term writer. Suppose you are looking for writers in the finance niche; search for finance writers.

Go through all the potential writers appearing in the LinkedIn search, go through their profiles, see what their experiences are, and then reach out to them.

You can also analyze your competitor websites and the writers that are working with them. Search for them on LinkedIn and send them a connection request.

Have a conversation with them and gently ask if they are looking for more work. If they say yes, you have found a writer who is bringing results for your competitors.

Now one question many bloggers ask me is whether they should hire full-time or freelance content writers. In my opinion, if you are a new blogger and have a budget, start with freelancers. Usually, freelancers have higher experience, and they will help you grow your blog.

Once your blog has reached the next level, you can also start hiring full-timers. If you ask me, I personally have freelance writers working with me.

As I invest everything back into the business, I can afford to do it; however, if you don’t have the budget, you can start with full-timers with relatively low experience.
